Option 1: Deletion in the App or Web App
- Sign in with your NextRound account.
- Open the “Profile” section.
- Select the account deletion option and confirm the process.
Option 2: Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to your account or have uninstalled the app, send an email with the subject line “Account Deletion” and the email address used to register your account to:
We process your request within 30 days. To protect your account, we may request confirmation from the registered email address before deletion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When an account is deleted, the personal data associated with the account is deleted, in particular:
- Email address and authentication data
- Player name and profile-related settings
- Game statistics and game-related data associated with the account
- Premium and subscription status, unless retention obligations prevent deletion
- Submitted feedback, where it is associated with the account
Data That May Temporarily Remain
- Server logs are generally deleted within 30 days.
- Billing and tax-relevant records are retained for the legally required period and deleted afterwards.
- Technically necessary log data may be processed temporarily to carry out and document the deletion.
Subscription Notice
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
You can cancel a web app subscription purchased through Stripe via the Stripe Customer Portal. You can cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play via subscription management in the Google Play Store. For a future iOS version, cancellation will take place through Apple.
Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
