Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the NextRound website, web app and mobile app, as well as to game, account and premium features.

§ 1 Use and Minimum Age
NextRound may only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. Use is permitted for persons aged 16 and over. Optional categories containing adult content may only be actively enabled and used by persons aged 18 and over.
§ 2 Services Offered
NextRound is a party and gaming application with multiplayer lobbies, “Would You Rather” questions, quiz features, an imposter mode, user profiles, feedback and optional premium features.
Free features may be available without an account. An account is required for premium features. NextRound is intended for entertainment. There is no entitlement to specific content, features or uninterrupted availability, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
§ 3 Responsible Use
NextRound may include drinking game elements. Alcohol is not required; drinking tasks are voluntary and can be declined at any time or replaced with non-alcoholic alternatives.
- Consume alcohol responsibly only.
- Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Respect the boundaries of other people.
- Do not pressure anyone into participating or consuming.
- Stop using NextRound if anyone feels uncomfortable.
§ 4 User Behaviour
NextRound must not be used in an abusive manner. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- Insults, harassment or threats
- Hate speech, discrimination or racist content
- Extremist, violence-glorifying or criminal content
- Spam, advertising or commercial use without consent
- Manipulation, disruption or overloading of NextRound
- Attempts to bypass security mechanisms
- Use for unlawful purposes
In the event of violations, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently exclude users where this is necessary and proportionate.
§ 5 User Content and Feedback
You are responsible for any content and feedback you submit. You must not submit content that infringes the rights of third parties or is unlawful.
By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the feedback for review, bug fixing and improving NextRound. There is no entitlement to implementation.
§ 6 Multiplayer Lobbies
When you create or join a lobby, the data required for that game round is processed. You are responsible for deciding which lobbies you join and whom you invite. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other players.
§ 7 Premium Features
NextRound may offer optional premium features and subscriptions. The content, price, term and scope of services are specified in the respective offer before purchase.
Website subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Android subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. For these, Google’s Terms and Conditions apply in addition. Further information on prices, cancellation and withdrawal can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
§ 8 Availability and Changes
We strive to operate NextRound securely and with minimal disruption. Maintenance, security measures, technical issues or further development may temporarily lead to limitations.
Features, game modes, categories or content may be changed, supplemented, limited or removed for technical, economic, legal or safety-related reasons, provided this is reasonable for users and mandatory law does not conflict with such changes.
§ 9 Intellectual Property
The content of NextRound, in particular texts, questions in their specific form, designs, graphics, logos and software components, is protected by copyright or other rights. It may only be used for private, intended use within NextRound. Any further use requires our prior consent, unless such use is permitted by law.
§ 10 Privacy and Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account via the Account and Data Deletion page.
§ 11 Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms and Conditions where this is required for legal, technical or organisational reasons. In the event of material changes, we will provide appropriate information. Mandatory user rights remain unaffected.
